Recruitment Consultant

We are growing our Bristol team and looking for a Recruitment Consultant to own a specialist technology market end to end, from the first client conversation to a placed candidate.

What you will do

• Own a niche within UX, Product, Engineering or Data recruitment and build it your way.
• Run the full 360 cycle: winning clients, sourcing candidates, and seeing offers through to start dates.
• Build lasting relationships with ambitious start-ups and global tech brands across the UK and Europe.
• Become the person clients and candidates trust in your market.

What we are looking for

• Some recruitment experience, ideally in tech or another professional field. We will also consider strong sales backgrounds with the right attitude.
• A genuine interest in technology and the people who build it.
• Self-motivation and the drive to build something that is yours.
• Clear, confident communication with clients and candidates alike.
