Securing product leadership for HomeServe Labs' first IoT product

HomeServe Labs is a smart home tech initiative set up by HomeServe, a leading UK provider of emergency insurance. The team was established to design and produce innovative products and services to improve consumers' lives, with offices in London and Walsall.

Following earlier work with the wider HomeServe team, Consortia's product division was tasked with finding additional talent: a Product Manager and a Customer Development Director to work on Leakbot, the company's first internet of things (IoT) product.
