As the Head of Engineering, you will be taking the reins of a functioning team which is split between the UK and India. Some key points to consider:

You'll need to be comfortable working with remote teams
Tech on-site is mainly JavaScript but Python knowledge would be a bonus
FinTech experience isn't essential

The successful Head of Engineering will qualify for an annual bonus of 20% plus the salary of up to £130,000.
